Shine brighter

What if you as a successful, independent woman could shine brighter?

What if you could be seen for who you are at your core?

What if it could be more than the car you drive, the seat you occupy in the boardroom, or the number of followers you have on IG?

My previous romantic lives have required me to dim my light.

Don’t shine too bright, said that wounded part of me, or he will leave you.

Don’t shine too bright, said that sad part of me, or you’ll be too much.

Don’t shine too bright, said that neglected part of me, or you’ll be alone forever.

Where did we learn this?

Where did we learn that our lives are a choice of “either/or”?

Either business OR love.

Either kids OR love.

Either accomplishments OR love.

I refuse to sacrifice my fulfillment ANYMORE in this BS mentality.

Most of us have not seen a love relationship that encourages BOTH/AND.

A partner that WANTS you to shine brighter - that sees the value of your heart without the sacrifice.

Where just being who you are, vulnerable, open, & aligned is your biggest asset & largest purpose.

The biggest truth I can give you today is probably not one you want to hear, but it’s a truth that’s been buried under the traumas, the pleasing, the socialization, & your past.

Your light is the beacon of possibility for a true love relationship.

It’s taken me years of healing to embody this truth & live it in my daily life.

It’s validated when he sees me at my core.

He validates my healing.

He validates my boundaries.

He validates my purpose.

He becomes my protector - my warrior - for everything that I stand for.

And, although, I don’t need his validation - it resonates as truth in my body.

And I let it, because I want it.

I want the BOTH/AND & the life & love that I didn’t know was possible.

This is the love & hope I want to give you.

In healing, anything is possible.

In big love,

❤️Lilli
