You don’t know it all, even though you think you do.
There’s an interesting thing that happens when you’ve done a lot of healing work on yourself.
There’s a part that I like to call “The Coach Part.”
Here’s what I know about The Coach Part:
She is strong.
She is resilient.
She is smart.
She’s been through some stuff & knows that she can handle anything.
Here’s how The Coach Part shows up in dating:
She is an analyzer.
She is a diagnoser.
She knows what’s wrong.
She has advice for others that parts of her can take for herself.
If you’re not super aware of your coach part & how she shows up in your dating life, what you’ll find is a next level care-taking role where you’re likely doing a lot of leading & space holding in the relationship.
You’ll find yourself pointing out your attachment style & his attachment style, while not exhibiting secure attachment thoughts, behaviors, & actions.
You’ll find yourself KNOWING what is right for you & not being able to attract it or follow through.
You’ll, also, find that The Coach Part gets mean (mostly internally) when everything’s not perfect or when mistakes are made by either party throughout dating.
The Coach Part loves control - that’s why her knowledge is so powerful. Her knowledge is her shield.
